I’m Jamie, your fun, energetic and not-your-average event planner.
I’ve got a knack for developing trust and relationships with not just my couples and their families, but also with the vendors that come along for the ride. It’s what I value most about this industry and the organized chaos that comes with it.
I’ve been event planning now for over ten years, from large corporate events to your backyard elopement, I haven’t seen it all, but I’ve seen a lot. Communication is my strength and designing gorgeous and unique events is my forte!

Outside of planning your dream events, I am a mother to my two precious babies and a wife to that amazing guy at the bottom of this page. Johany was absorbed into the wedding world as her experience within the service industry molded her into forming meaningful relationships with couples. She began her experiences serving diverse communities for over six years focusing on non-profit work, both in planning and generating opportunities for others to achieve success in their careers. Through her extensive experience, Johany has thrived in this fast-paced environment while forming genuine relationships that last far beyond wedding day. Simply put, Johany wants to be your best friend and will go above and beyond to ensure your day is everything you dreamed of.
Outside of weddings, Johany spends her time watching her beautiful daughter explore this world and is enjoying the bliss of spending time with her family.

What started as a part-time career in the service industry over 12 years ago, Kyara immediately fell in love with creating memorable experiences for her clients. She’s been trailblazing the world of hospitality in a high-stakes and fast-paced environment, all while genuinely enjoying every minute of it. Kyara has a phenomenal ability to multitask and manage countless priorities all at once, all while still providing a genuine and warm approach to every interaction.
Outside of managing jaw dropping events, Kyara focuses her time on her family, being an amazing mom to her stud muffin baby boy. Kyara is passionate, attentive, absolutely hilarious and ready to meet you and transform your vision to a reality!

With an adaptable mindset, a tenacity to succeed and a servant’s heart, Sara dove head first into the wedding world and is embracing every minute of it! Sara has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, from owning her own restaurant to planning large scale events, she’s always measured her success from the joy her clients express after their event. No matter the challenge, Sara relies on her experience and her problem solving skills to find a solution to every problem; a trait she’s developed over the years both in her professional and personal life.
In her free time, Sara is a devoted mother and wife. She spends her time chasing her extraordinary kids around town ensuring they excel in every task they put their mind to. Sara is a pivotal partner for our Timeless Soirée team and she can’t wait to coordinate the most spectacular day of your life!

Joe is, hands down, the greatest husband on Earth. What started as a supportive role and an extra set of hands on event day, Joe has embraced the growth of this company by focusing on the client experience. Need a dad joke? He’s got you covered…he thinks he’s really funny. But in all seriousness, Joe’s got the skills to be innovative, relentless and a wiz in driving the business forward. Looking for some unique signage options on your wedding day – Joe has the creative talents to construct some gorgeous and personalized pieces for your big day!
When he’s not chatting you up at a wedding expo, Joe is watching football, eating some great tacos and hanging out with his amazing family.
